Yes. Every tool on OfflinePDF is available on the free plan with no account required. The only limits on the free tier are file size (up to 25 MB) and daily operations (up to 5 per day). If you hit those, Pro removes them entirely.
Never. Every single tool processes your PDF directly in your browser using JavaScript. Nothing is sent to any server at any point, not on the free plan, not on Pro. This applies to confidential documents, legal files, medical records, anything. Your files stay on your device, always.
One operation is one use of any tool, splitting a PDF, merging two files, compressing a document, and so on. Each time you process and download a file counts as one operation. The free limit resets every day at midnight.
Yes, anytime, no questions asked. If you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your billing period. We don't lock you in or charge cancellation fees. Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
