OfflinePDF ("we", "us", or "our") provides browser-based PDF tools at offlinepdf.io. Our tools run entirely in your browser — no files are ever sent to our servers.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what's necessary to provide and improve our service:

• Email address — collected when you create an account or sign in. Used to manage your subscription and send authentication links.
• Subscription and billing information — handled by Stripe. We store your plan status (free or Pro) and subscription state. We never store payment card details.
• Usage data — we may collect anonymized usage analytics in the future to understand how tools are used and improve the product. We will update this policy before doing so.

We do not collect, store, or process any files you work with in our tools. All document processing happens entirely within your browser.

3. How we use your information

• To verify your identity and manage your account
• To process payments and manage your Pro subscription
• To send authentication emails (magic links) via Resend
• To enforce free plan limits and unlock Pro features
• To respond to support requests

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate OfflinePDF:

• Supabase — authentication and user data storage
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage (not cookies) to store your session state, plan status, and daily usage count. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Supabase may use cookies to manage authentication sessions. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

6. Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Authentication is handled by Supabase, payments by Stripe — both are industry-standard secure platforms. We never store passwords or payment card details.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of OfflinePDF after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
