OfflinePDF provides browser-based PDF tools including merging, splitting, compressing, rotating, watermarking, and more. All file processing occurs locally in your browser. No files are uploaded to our servers.
The Service is available in two tiers:
An account is not required to use the free tier. Creating an account is required to access Pro features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You agree not to use the Service to:
OfflinePDF and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OfflinePDF and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any files you process using the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce results that meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfflinePDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
